SEATTLE, WA- Today the Seattle University Women’s Basketball team released their full 2020-21 season schedule. The conference schedule was released a few weeks ago, but the non-conference still had to be ironed out. This years lineup includes a big matchup with powerhouse Oregon, along with games against in state foes Eastern Washington and Northwest. Not to mention the full slate of WAC games as well.
Last season Suzy Barcomb’s squad went 13-16 with a 6-9 conference record. The Redhawks even won their opening round game of the WAC Tournament over Utah Valley before the rest of the tournament and season were cancelled due to the pandemic. This year will be another one of development as Seattle is going to be a young team. They will not have a single senior on the roster this season, but with youth comes room to grow. This team’s ceiling will be high, as they try to recapture that magic from their run to the NCAA Tournament back in 2018.
