The Purdue Boilermakers battled back from 15 points down at halftime to top the 23rd-ranked Michigan State Spartans, 55-54. What looked like a runaway game for the Spartans turned into a nail-biting thriller as the Spartans went cold for much of the second half. Trevion Williams powered the Boilermakers knocking down crucial free throws and sinking the dagger that sealed the game. Williams finished with 26 points and nine rebounds.
