Conor McGregor is set to fight Dustin Poirier in a trilogy bout in UFC 264 this weekend. He is looking to avenge a second-round TKO loss to his rival in January. Dana White has said that beating the #1 lightweight contender on Saturday would cause McGregor to quote ‘go down as one of the greatest of all-time.’ The UFC President went on the Herd yesterday and spoke about Conor’s mindset, saying quote ‘There’s no secret that Conor has made tons of money… this kid does things that only 1% of the world can do.. is he hungry enough this Saturday to make another title run? That’s the narrative of this fight.’ Skip Bayless explains why he feels McGregor will unlikely beat Poirier despite his itch to win.
