Freshman five-star recruit Sharife Cooper made a statement in his debut for the Auburn Tigers, scoring 26 points. However, his Tigers fell apart down the stretch and the Alabama Crimson Tide were able to hold on, 94-90, thanks to 20 points from Jordan Bruner.
