The Houston Texans have hired Baltimore Ravens assistant coach David Culley according to reports. He was Baltimore’s passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Culley would be a tremendous hire for the Texans and Deshaun Watson.
