Seahawks will start Drew Lock at QB vs. 49ers; Geno Smith inactive with injury

Quarterback Drew Lock will start for the Seattle Seahawks in Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers. Regular starter Geno Smith, who was listed as questionable with a groin injury, is inactive for the game.
Lock will make his first start for the Seahawks since being traded to the franchise as part of the deal that sent Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos in 2022. Recently signed backup quarterback Sean Mannion will be available for the Seahawks as well.
