The Penn State Nittany Lions have held the lead for the majority of the game but the Rutgers Scarlet Knights made a comeback attempt going on a 9-0 streak to pull the game within nine points. The dunk from Montez Mathis brought the score to 45-54, the first single-digit difference since the first half.
