A judge ruled in favor of Oregon State and Washington State in their quest to gain control of the Pac-12 Conference’s governance and remaining assets on Tuesday.
At the conclusion of a hearing that lasted nearly three hours, Judge Gary Libey of the Whitman County (Washington) Superior Court granted the two remaining Pac-12 members’ request for a preliminary injunction, which means that presidents of the two schools will be the only voting members of the Pac-12 Board in the future.
