Nick Wright reacts to news that the Brooklyn Nets may be hesitant to let Kyrie Irving walk if it means that Kevin Durant will request a trade in retaliation. While Chris Broussard doesn’t think the Nets should offer the max deal in the hopes that KD will stick with the team, but Nick raises why the Nets have to be thinking about how to make sure KD finishes his career, or at least the next 4 years of his contract, in Brooklyn.
