MLS partnering with team behind ‘Drive to Survive’ for documentary — Don Garber

Major League Soccer has partnered with British production house Box to Box Films to produce a documentary series about the league, MLS deputy commissioner Gary Stevenson told The Athletic.
The series will air on Apple TV, MLS’s new broadcast partner. The league signed a 10-year, $2.5 billion media rights agreement with the tech company earlier this year.
Box to Box is the production company behind a host of other popular sports documentaries. Most notably, they’ve produced every season of Netflix’s “Drive to Survive,” the popular series that chronicles auto racing’s Formula 1. More…
