According to Jay Glazer the Baltimore Ravens offered QB Lamar Jackson a contract with upwards of $189M guaranteed. Jackson declined the deal in hopes of a fully guaranteed contract, similar to Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson who signed for upwards of $200M.
