Kylian Mbappe is “very happy” as a Paris Saint-Germain player but says he has not yet decided his future, following his side’s Champions League round-of-16 first-leg win against Real Madrid on Tuesday.Mbappe scored the only goal of the game in the 94th minute at the Parc des Princes, finishing smartly after beating two Real defenders. It was a big game for Mbappe, with the 23-year-old favouring a move to Real once his PSG contract expires at the end of the season. After winning the crucial tie with PSG, Mbappe said to Movistar: “I’ve not decided my future. I play for Paris Saint-Germain, one of the best clubs in the world.“This game to influence my future? No — I’ve not decided, I give my best and then we will see what happens next season.”Real had two bids rejected for Mbappe towards the end of the summer transfer window last August, with the second offer worth up to €180 million (£154.4 million).“How to ignore the (transfer) context? It’s easy, you have to play football,” Mbappe added when speaking to Canal+.“We ask too many questions, we say too many things. We talk about PSG and Real, two big clubs.“I’m a PSG player, I’m always very happy.”(Photo: Chris Brunskill/Fantasista/Getty Images)
