Shannon Sharpe and Jay Pharoah discuss the high and lows of Saturday Night Live. When asked about his experience Jay said: “You audition for your job every week. It puts you into mental state that whatever I make has to be good or I’ll get no burn. It’s an emotional roller coaster you have to know how to navigate it.”
