Shannon Sharpe and Jay Pharoah discuss his weight loss journey and his battles with depression. When asked about his motivation to transform himself Jay said: “I transformed because I looked in the mirror and said ‘either I get rid of this or I’m going to get rid of me’ and I didn’t want to do that. I was going to lose this weight or I’m going to die. I was that depressed.”
