Isaiah Williams became the Illinois Fighting Illini’s fourth different starting quarterback this season and he made the most of his opportunity, at least with his legs. The redshirt freshman, making his first career start, ran for 195 yards in a 23-20 win over the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
