Former Mississippi State quarterback Will Rogers is transferring to Washington, he told ESPN on Friday.
Rogers, who has one year of eligibility left, announced his plans to leave the Bulldogs after four seasons last month. He was the No. 20 available transfer in The Athletic’s latest rankings Friday.
The 22-year-old is second in SEC history in career passing yards (12,315) behind Aaron Murray. Rogers also is fourth in the conference in career passing touchdowns (94).
