The Baltimore Ravens placed a non-exclusive franchise tag on Lamar Jackson earlier this week. This means Lamar can begin negotiating with other teams as soon as March 13th. However, a report has said that the Atlanta Falcons, Miami Dolphins, Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders and Las Vegas Raiders will NOT pursue the former regular season MVP.
