Interim WBA Super Middleweight Champion David Morrell Jr. quickly defeated challenger Mike Gavronski by third-round knockout on Saturday night, just his fourth professional bout. Morrell appears to be on the fast track as a 22-year-old who is now 4-0 as a pro with three knockouts.
