The Providence Friars topped the Butler Bulldogs, 71-55, behind a double-double effort from junior guard David Duke. Duke had the hot hand in the first half racking up 17 points on near-perfect seven of eight shooting. On the defensive end, Duke pulled down 13 rebounds on his way to a 22-point, 13 rebound, and eight assist performance.
