Albert Breer joins Colin Cowherd to discuss the latest NFL offseason moves. Breer begins with Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams informing the team he did not want to play under the franchise tag next season. The Packers ‘tagged’ Adams last week on the heels of Aaron Rodgers announcing his return to the Packers. If Adams plays under the franchise tag he is set to make $20 Million next season, which will place him third amongst highest earners at the wide receiver position.
