College Football Playoff rankings: Ohio State, Georgia, Michigan, Florida State take top spots

The first College Football Playoff rankings for the 2023 season were released Tuesday. Here’s what you need to know:

Ohio State, Georgia, Michigan and Florida State round out the top four, respectively.
Washington and Oregon are on the outside looking in as the fifth and sixth spots. The Huskies are coming off two single-digit wins over unranked teams in Arizona State and Stanford.
