Russell Westbrook left the Los Angeles Lakers preseason game in the first quarter with a hamstring injury on Friday night. It was unclear how he suffered the injury and Coach Darvin Ham said that Westbrook told him that he thought he would be okay. Westbrook came off the bench in the 133-86 loss to the Sacramento Kings which Ham called quote not a demotion but a realignment.
