Oregon State, Washington State file motion for injunction to gain control of Pac-12 Board

Oregon State and Washington State filed a motion for a preliminary injunction on Wednesday seeking control of the Pac-12 Board, to allow the two remaining Pac-12 members the ability to govern the conference on their own.
Lawyers representing the two schools filed the motion, citing information obtained through discovery that they say confirms that schools “delivering a notice of withdrawal prior to Aug. 1, 2024” automatically lose their Board seats.
